Wichita’s Eisenhower National Airport and the Wichita Airport Authority (ICT) want to share your photos, posts, and great experiences as part of its marketing campaign on our websites, social media, billboards, emails, internal communications, in-terminal marketing, community engagement collateral and spaces operated by our partners. If you would like to participate, please check the “Accept Terms” box below to give us usage permission. By doing so, you agree to the following terms of use for your submission:

You are at least 18 years of age;
You are the owner of the rights to the visual image you are submitting, and you have all necessary releases to submit the visual image for use by ICT as described herein;
You agree to the display of the visual image you are submitting through this site as part of ICT commercial marketing efforts and campaigns without further expectation or return from ICT;
You understand and agree that all visuals will become the property of ICT and will not be returned, but that you may retain a copy of the visual for personal use;
You acknowledge that ICT retains discretion over which visuals will be utilized in its marketing campaigns and not all submitted images will be utilized;
You authorize ICT to edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish, and distribute the submitted visual image for any lawful purpose, with or without attribution or credit, and waive any rights of inspection or approval over the final product; and
You release, hold harmless, and forever discharge ICT from claims, demands, and causes of action which you or your heirs, executors, or representatives may have by use of the visual and your agreement to this authorization.
