Southwest is adding 16 gates in Denver with plans to add more destinations. Southwest’s service to Denver means low-fare competition to the west.
Southwest’s service to Denver will be one flight daily. The schedule is:
- Depart ICT @ 12:35 pm; arrive DEN @ 1:15 pm
- Depart DEN @ 10:40 am; arrive ICT @ 1:15 pm
This is particularly good news in light of the current COVID-19 impact on the airline industry and extremely low passenger traffic. Passenger traffic is starting to increase and airlines are adding capacity back into schedules in the last half of the year. It is very important that our market supports this route as well as all routes in order to keep the air service we had before the pandemic hit. Book your flights at southwest.com
